How did you get to where you are today?

I did my GCSEs and then a BTEC National in business and finance. I did not take the university route as I have a good grounding in business and this, coupled with my drive, hunger and motivation has taken me to where I am today.

The guy's drive, determination and conviction is infectious. Why else would I suddenly decide that I should walk, on this boiling hot day and in inappropriate shoes, from Aldgate East where we did the interview to St James' Park for a lunch appointment?
